Sweet Sleep is dedicated to making sure that your children are getting the healthy sleep they need

Meet Ellen

I'm Ellen. I am a mother of three and a grandmother of three. When I was a young mom, getting my children on a schedule, came naturally to me. My days quickly fell into patterns of eating and sleeping and all three of my babies were sleeping long stretches of 8-9 hours at night by the time they were three months old.  Over the years,  I have shared tips and tricks to help family members and friends get into a routine that fits their family's schedule.

Throughout the years, I have worked with babies and children in all kinds of settings and environments. I have cared for children both in my home and in the homes of the parents I worked for.  I taught at daycares and preschools. I worked at summer camps and volunteered in community programs for kids. I have a Master's Degree in Education and am certified by Happy Healthy Sleep in sleep coaching for children 0  to 5 years old. I am fully equipped to teach you what you need to know so that we can work together to get your baby well-rested and on a predictable schedule so, in turn, you can also get the rest that you need and deserve!

My passion lies with young families that desire to do the best they can for their child, but are overwhelmed with responsibility, uncertainty, and lack of good rest. When I realized that parents everywhere need encouragement, guidance, and support to get their children on a healthy sleep schedule, I decided to build on what comes naturally to me and become a certified sleep coach.
